Multi-Unit Trash Valet
Your designated Team at The Barrel Butlers arrives 3-5 nights per week during their scheduled pick up time and collects all resident and community trash. All trash and recyclables are taken to the designated compactors or bins to be picked up by the regular Refuse Company hired by the Property.
Move Out, Junk Removal
Have your tanants left their unit a disaster? Did they leave behind large items such as beds, sofas, etc? Our Designated Team at Barrel Butlers will remove all items from the unit and get it in a ready-to-clean condition. Our sister company provides move out cleans as well. Message us for more details.
